I'd also choose Vallejo not only because it's cheaper but because it's far enough away from the refinery's output. Stay away from "Crest Side" and those other hoods Mac Dre rapped about and you should be okay.

Take a look at Benicia. It's a little closer to Richmond, and is a nice little town. The historic first capital of CA.

no RV parks in Benicia, there is one senior citizen mobile home park there but nothing else. Vallejo has a few mobile home parks that take RV's the next closest would be in Midway or Vineyard RV parks in Vacaville or you could try the mobile home parks in San Pablo or El Sobrante to see if they take RV's
