Hi All,
We just looked at a house for sale on MarshCreek Road, 2 mins outside of downtown Clayton.
The area seems great, walking paths are everywhere & allow for an easy walk into "old town" Clayton, the whole area is well landscaped & crimereports.com shows virtually no crime in the area at all over the last 6 months.
It does however seem a long way from the BART, I imagine Ygnacio gets very slow during rush hour.
Just wondering if anyone here is familiar with the area / know's what it is like / has any comments or input - all welcome!

I had a former boss who lived in Clayton, he loved it. Told me he loved the community feel to the town. That's all I really know.
