Default I have fallen in Love

I just got back from my trip.

First of all I got the job, so I will be moving to SF in early January

Second - I LOVE THIS TOWN!

The food, the weather, the architecture, the shopping, the cultures - ----

everything just blows Minneapolis out of the water (if you read the MN forum, you will know of my disdain for the -44 winters here)

The natural beauty of this area is remarkable - I was simply awestruck

Here's a panorama I made of Richmond (it's a work in progress)

And here's ME enjoying not freezing my ass off in the flatlands of the great plains:

~~I'll post more pictures later, when I get a chance - I took so many because it's JUST THAT GORGEOUS HERE - you don't evenhave to try to make things look gorgeous like you do when you do landscapes here in the midwest -- they just WORK in NorCal

Anyways, looking forward to moving out there - and being the first 18 year old in my family to make *more* than minimum wage )

peace

Congratulations!! Glad you enjoyed the Bay, and I love the pictures... you're totally adorable, but I shouldn't say that about an 18 year-old.

Btw, was that the Richmond district? I thought you meant city of Richmond, until I noticed the radio tower... was about to say "I didn't realize Richmond was so pretty," LOL. Oh, and did you get to any of the places I suggested?

Yes, Richmond district. I went to the empress of china but the food sucked (and it cost me a pretty penny)

I went to a hole in the wall mexican eatery near haight and ashbury and it was THE BEST I have ever had. I can't wait to escape this sea of chain restaurants..

heres a couple more pics...

Might want to change the text so it reads "The Richmond." Richmond, CA the city has a not so nice connotation.

The Richmond District is on the west side of SF, north of Golden Gate Park, south of the Presidio, and bordering the ocean. It's one of the safest areas of the City.

Richmond is a small city in the East Bay. It's currently ranked as the most dangerous city in California, and one of the most dangerous in the nation.
