LOL Yes I have and I know exactly what you are talking about. I think they are very unique looking, in the same vein as praying mantis...but yes, they could be weird to see if not a normal occurrence. That is FUNNY!!

So update...I had my annual evaluation the other day at work and my boss essentially stated her opinion on the likelihood of a position opening up at corporate in the next year as being unlikely...so I am going to expand my search to other companies...which I do not want to do. I like the company that I work for, however I must stay focused to my end goal.Any suggestions on companies that may be hiring in a training and development or marketing role?Thanks so far for all the advice!

Too bad you won't get the transfer. You'll have to do your own job research: find out what companies are in the area that relate to your field, and check their websites for openings. Look at smaller companies, as well as big names. Banks need those skills (Wells Fargo, where my cousin worked in marketing, years ago.) What about Tesla, wouldn't it be cool to work there?

will also be moving to San Fran, IF i get this job i have been interviewing with. I wil also be coming from Chicago. I am thinking of Walnut Creek area we looked for house there 2 yrs ago...nice homes
