This city is the most beautiful City in America, BY FAR! All of the cities that you speak about are great. Some may have more green space, bigger skylines, or cleaner streets, but the combination of all of those things, plus the beautiful rolling hills, the ability to get a postcard view by just making a right turn on damn near any street is impossible to beat! And the Architechure? Forget it! I have lived in damn near every major city in America, and I have lived here now for 3 and I can say that NO CITY comes close.

cold. mild is more like oakland, berkeley, san jose, pleasanton, sacramento. Sf is cold, windy, and many times rainy and balmy in the winter.

During the winter it's usually colder in Oakland, Berkeley, San Jose, Pleasanton, and Sacramento. The further inland you go typically the colder it will be in winter. San Francisco is often balmy though making it a nice place to live.

As for earthquakes, while people get scared during earthquakes most people don't worry about them much or at all in San Francisco or California for that matter.

Only while they're happening. Californians are used to feeling tremors, they're no big deal.

Major earthquakes don't really happen that often.

SF winters are cold? You're joking right? It is one of the warmest places in the country in the winter.
