Fine with me Mr. Fantastic. Keep being afraid of the non-existent boogie man. And might I add, "San Rafael" is only 4 miles away from the thing you are SO VERY SCARED of. Should listen to your own advice I guess. But then, as usual some people don't live well with FACTS.

Yeah but I have a natural moat called "The Bay" blocking any of the hoodlums from your city from getting into mine. We don't tolerate half the stuff that happens in Richmond's "Iron Triangle".

Your "mote" only costs $4.00 to cross and has had people taking tolls on that bridge into San Rafael shot AND kidnapped. And note, there is not "mote" between San Rafael and Marin City or San Quentin which tends to be on YOUR side of the bridge. But I better stop . . . before I rock your little imaginative "safe" world. Sorry about that.

Dont even worry about a city like San Rafael. Less than 60,000 people living there. Richmond has over 100,000. Richmond has bigger things to worry about. Like Rain. or Master P's treason. Or BIG OIL COMPANIES LIKE Chevron. That a little city like San Rafael doesnt have and couldnt support.

Usually, having a huge oil refinery right next to where you live isn't seen as a good thing.

And yet I didn't say it was, Mr. Fantastic. As I said, it is a bigger thing to worry about.

You easily jump to a conclusion and misunderstand what was said.
Your eagerness to take immediate action could cause you to
accidentally twist what you hear to support your intended actions. If you are uncertain about someone's message, ask for clarification before you land yourself in trouble

Well then I don't see the point of this quote:

Quote:

Isn't the fact that San Rafael doesn't have to worry about an Oil Refinery a good thing?

Obviously it had to be said again

As it is meant, Richmond is a big city, and with big cities come big problems. However, San Rafael is not big, therefore Richmond shouldn't be worried about San Rafael. As they do not have and can not support big problems such as an oil refinery.

The fact that an oil refinery is bad near a residence is not the point. The point is, San Rafael does not have these big problems, be the case that they can't support them

That doesn't make any sense. San Rafael doesn't have these big problems so they can't support them?

I own a home in Mission Viejo which has roughly the same amount of people as Richmond. The city also has 1/10 the crime. Is that because Mission Viejo can't support all that crime?

Your point is lost on me. Can you further explain?
