No doubt this plan is based on a Texas A&M study. Those hayseeds think everything west of Highway 6 is Berkeley.

They probably just bought a stock highway photo and threw the highway sign on top. I doubt people care.

Obviously, that's what happened. The question is: why?! No one in Texas had a stock photo of their own highways? Really??

And they didn't even do a good job of disguising it. They should have put the highway sign more into the upper right corner, to hide the Bay.
