I really enjoy turkey, I would like to eat it year round instead of just two months a year. Does anyone know of any places in the Bay Area, peferable 880 coridor, that sells either whole, or preferably, turkey pieces (legs, thighs and breast). Added bonus for not previously frozen. Thanks for the help.

You might try these guys. A local favorite.

Turkey Year-Round | Diestel Family Turkey Ranch

Not sure if you can get them locally in the bay area unfrozen.

My wife and I also love turkey and cannot find it locally. During Thanksgiving season, we will buy 2-3 turkeys and freeze them. Not the best solution, but it satisfies the cravings for a short time...

My parents do the same. I wish I had the freezer space to make that work.

I was at the Raley's Market in Fremont (Paseo Padre Parkway and Walnut Avenue) today, and they had a lot of turkey in stock (probably for Easter).

Whenever I get the old hankering for a King Arthur turkey leg, I hit the meat section at Safeway, and they will have it a little more than 50% of the time.

Just though I would give a quick update. The local lucky's in San lorenzo had an assortment of fresh turkey legs and thighs. A little pricy at roughly $5 a pound, but I am getting my fix tonight for dinner.

In honor of Wrestlemania week here in the Bay Area, we must recall the sage truism of one Randy Macho Man Savage:

"Whoooooooooo yeeeeaaahhhhhhh!"

Why? Just try the King Arthur turkey legs from Zanotto's.
