I used to stay at the Fountaingrove Inn whenever I visited the now Keysight facility (was Hewlett-Packard)

That was a nice area. Homes near that plant looked pretty nice.

We are looking for cheaper, quiet, smaller.. maybe an in-law type studio/1 bed. My wife and I are minimalist's. We live well together in smaller places and sold almost everything we owned when we moved.
very well then. Fountaingrove area is gorgeous as is Mountain Hawk further east on Hwy 12 but both are very pricey. There have been older condos in Fountaingrove for less than $550,000 however.

Delray beach Florida had it's areas to. I can't wait to get to know this place a bit better and find a nice place to live... I'm sure that comes with a price!
Welcome to CA where the homeless and criminals have more protected rights than you.

Default Fountaingrove

99% of Fountaingrove burned down in October 2018.

Fountaingrove homes (those surviving the fires and those being rebuilt) are several million dollar homes. And the rest of the city has a median price range of $570,000 or so today.

I'd like to see you post back about WHICH HOTEL you were staying at. lol. I have my doubts about your posts.
Yeah I'm confused. Sure there are some homeless folks but I always thought Santa Rosa was pretty upscale.

The fire was in October 2017. Let's hope their isn't another one in October 2018. Also, this thread predates the fire. Not sure why somebody dug it up.

P.S. I was in Downtown Santa Rosa yesterday. It was sketch. Did something seriously change since the fires? My last time in downtown was in August 2017. There were so many meth heads wandering around this time!

Maybe someone Googled Fountaingrove...or searched City-Data.
