BIG QUESTION: videos released to the public are how criminals get caught. Right? But not in this scenario. BART has effectively announced to the "minorities" that if you do this "we will protect you". And to the public they are saying: "we don't trust you with the truth."

Why was this not broached by the lady reporter? Why can't the public do their part to find the perpetrators and prosecute them as an example and disincentive to the other "minorities" thinking of doing this? This is sicko public policy.

BART is protecting what it wants to nurture and grow so eventually civilized citizens won't use their services. They can't even acknowledge that they are unable to keep their passengers safe so until they open their eyes, the problem will only continue to fester. Living in denial does not solve bad behavior.

I ride BART when I visit the Bay so I'd like to know if they ever identified the adult attackers. Which minority groups were involved? Were any of those minority attackers LGBT, East Asian, South Asian, West Asian, Hispanic, North African or Subsaharran African? Were they from just one group?

By BART's own logic, they wouldn't refrain from posting a video of a bunch of white kids. Hence, promoting a racial bias against whites. I'm guessing that's why they later announced they won't post videos at all - because logic finally caught up to their PR department.
