I am new to the state and need the english learner authorization to satisfy my teacher's credential. I understand this can be done by taking an exam or going through a program. I'm looking for the most cost and time efficient way to do this. Anyone have experience with this and willing to offer advice? Any programs to recommend? Study materials?
