You all know who I'm talking about. The rich white liberal property owners who control local government. They are purposely placing barriers into building to bid up their property values under the guise of helping the poor. Demand is there, supply is not. Take Atlanta metro for example they have built out Atlanta so much that $150k will buy you a MANSION that would cost MILLIONS in the SF Bay area. The middle class there is living better than the rich in SF.

Do you even live in California that you're all bent out of shape? Wow, reverse racism at its finest. Noticed on other threads that you're ranting about Seattle as well. If you have such a hate-on for ' rich white liberal property owners' by all means just live somewhere red and cheap.

And please explain to me how I am, personally, responsible for the expensive housing values in California.

Hilarious. We can actually vote out property owners. I had no idea that was even possible.

Housing in Atlanta is cheap because a lot of people don't want to live in a steam-bath in Dixie.
