That housing estate is located right next to the local dump/recycle center and in a very industrial/ugly area. Shopping center, downtown area and nicer looking parts are not too far away, however. I'm not sure if the city has plans to change this or relocate these businesses in the future. The houses themselves seem nice looking, but unfortunately this is all the info I have!
