This is kinda cool, since when hubby and I have gone to Las Vegas in the past, we had to get up at dark-thirty to drive pre commute to Oakland. And then, of course, there is the post fun drive back home.
We live in Rohnert Park, so we may be tempted to go to Sin City a bit more often...especially if Horizon puts it's marketing thinking cap on, and comes up with packages that include air, and stays at the nicer resorts (The Venetian, Bellagio, Paris, etc)

I have been flying out of Santa Rosa to SEATAC lately. it has been great! My wife and I are looking for a house up there and it has been nice flying direct. I can get to SEATAC faster than I can get to SFO!

Yah, it is nice to be able to fly to Santa Rosa directly. I was not aware of direct flights there until March of this year when I had to fly up to Santa Rosa for a business trip. I thought I would have to fly to San Francisco or Oakland and drive up to Santa Rosa. But, I found out that Horizon Air had direct flights from LAX to Santa Rosa. What a gem to have this direct flight. I enjoyed the direct flight.
