This is one of those times.
The day something like this happens to you is the day that you change your mind about the death penalty.

That is the most backwards logic I have ever heard. You're blaming the victim and not the perp? How San Francisco of you.

You are right, City Boy, I don't know you. But I do know what I am talking about. Are you saying the people who attacked you didn't think you were dispensible? Of course not. They obviously did think you are dispensible, which was my point. I never implied you looked like or were a gangmember.

Three people in the car and defendant's attorney doesn't think prosecution will be able to prove Ramos was the shooter: http://cbs5.com/local/Ramos.Road.Rage.2.763183.html

And what if he wasn't the shooter? What is the difference between the mob mentality to beat you up and the mob mentality to convict someone who may not have done the crime? How does that help this family or the other families in this case?

You read me wrong on this one.

I in no way said anything blaming the victims, or victim, and I am 100% for the death penalty for the SHOOTER, I just think INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.

I think it is frighteningly dangerous to see so many people react emotionally to a horrible crime and to express blood lust in a rush to judge a suspect who has not been found guilty, just for the sake of somehow feeling avenged.

I agree, he deserves a fair trial before we condemn him. But whomever is proven to be the shooter, I hope that person pays severely. I'm not anti-death penalty, however I do believe it should only be used in extreme cases (and when there's no reasonable doubt)... so I'll hold off on saying what I think he deserves, at least until hearing some evidence.

Let's not overreact. I think everyone in this forum is assuming that no one innocent will be prosecuted. But if this is the guy that did it, fry him.
