yea they're really nice.. I'm more leaning towards the PCL, because of growth of the neighborhood. Plus their biggest floor plan (the 3 story townhouse) is cheaper than Vue 46's studio!! Plus, I think it's half off if you qualify for BMR

I've seen some great listings on Craigslist for apts. in the Lake Merrit area. Can't wait to get out of New York. So sick of it!

Thoughts about Pacific Cannery Lofts or something closer to Lake Merritt like Adam's Point? Have had a chance to look around the Grand Lake Theatre area but found small one bedroom places. West Grand/Telegraph have a few places available but not sure about the area. Cheers!
