The South Bay has an overwhelming Asian population while they are only present in less than 3% of Marin's total population.
How dare those "Racists"...

It's simple. MONEY. I doubt you'd experience a lot of racism up there. It's a great place for organic goat cheese yoga types. Great parks and outdoor stuff!

It is not the kind of place that I could ever afford to live in, but I used to take GG Transit up to Mill Valley, and walk up one of those stairways they have to the ridge. Then, take the bus back from up there. Also, Stinson Beach. I'd go up there, buy a little steak at the grocery store there, and have me a little cook up on the beach. Walk along the beach, south, and you can escape from the YupMob, even on Sunday.

Since when does a predominately white demographic equate to a non liberal perspective? It's people like you who generalize about a demographic or race rather than getting to know a person on an individual level that prevents you and your kind from seeing people for who they are rather than where they live or the color of their skin. You probably even see states as red or blue.

Ross is a little town a bit north of San Rafael, I think. Very upscale. Not much of a town there, I seem to remember.

Ross is a little south of San Rafael and the distance between Ross and Belvedereis really determined by the time of day and traffic. In a non traffic situation it is about 20 minutes away

I noticed that Santa Rosa up the road was also very white. What is wrong with that. I think most people would prefer to live in a community that is dominated by people like themselves but are afraid to say so because of political correctness. It is like Church, how many people actually go to a ethnically diverse Church?

Anyway most Asians live in South Bay and the Blacks and Hispanics in the Bay Area can not afford Marin anyway.

What shocked me about the Bay Area was the lack of African Americans in about every City except Oakland.
