Default I purchased about 1 year ago

I love Santa Rosa!

My house has gone up in value quite a bit. It really depends on where in Santa Rosa you are considering buying. If you can stay to the north east you will do great! Are you a first timer? If so, there are great new town homes for sale on Chanate that are really nice.

where are you comming from?

Take Very Good Care

Universities are all tied in online nowadays -- if you know the school, look it up and look for an online directory -- you should be able to find him there -- good luck!

I would do a few basic searches on the MLS and Dataquick reports. That way you can get a clear view of what the markets are doing. Reports say that medians are up, but sales are actually down, which alludes to the fact that the upper end is still selling but the lower 20-30% isn't.
