I noticed the rent is cheaper in santa rosa than Novato. anyone know anything about santa rosa? I have 2 young children and my husband will be commuting to Novato. How long will it take and is Santa Rosa nice? Thanks

First of all, Santa Rosa has 10 exits on the 101.
Santa Rosa is rather large and the area differ GREATLY as do the school systems...
Better schools much shorter commute, look into Petaluma instead.
