I'm considering using Travis Credit Union in Vacaville for a mortgage loan.

Anyone have experience with them?

Part of the reason I'm considering them is that they offer a 3:1 matching Wish Grant up to 15K (you put 5 in, get 15).

My cousin has, she likes them.

But there's tons of travis credit unions in the bay area, I believe they have a good reputation.

Travis credit union is good, but read the fine print of everything and agree to everything before you sign, because they can be very strict.

When they make any mistakes with your account they are very slow to respond. They have been having problems with their ATM machines for the past two days and haven't notified their customers. My wife went to use the ATM today and it withdrew $200 from our account but didn't give her any money. They said they knew there was a problem with the ATM but we would have to wait until sometime next week to get our money back. They also messed up my account a couple years ago by accidentally transferring money out of my account. This caused a bunch of my checks to bounce and they took over a week to fix the issue. Their managers are very hard to get a hold of, they must try to insulate themselves, and even though they have numerous ATMs taking peoples money I was told that the mangers didn't work on weekends, wish I had that job.
