This regards Sonoma County California. Is the owner of private property allowed to rent space to a tenant that will be living in an RV?

Specific Zoning codes if you are aware of them. Thanks so much!!

The zoning of the property is important. Once you know that, you can go here Zoning - Index to Zoning Regulations - Permit & Resource Management Department - County of Sonoma, California and find out what ordinances apply to your situation.

Oh thank you. I have a woman online who is a landlord that says she will look up the zoning code via the address. Thank you so much for the link! Helps greatly, as I could not find specifics when Googling.

Simple... file a non-op, pay the fee and do not drive or tow upon a public road and you are golden...

With property taxes it is only a matter of time...
