Good. That means you can stop posting in it. You have nothing to contribute anyway.

Thanks ahead.

Now finally back on topic.

Theres alot of discrepancy in that data. We for example, don't know where specifically most of the crime could be happening. It could be concentrated in certain areas. Perhaps the inner city areas of those respective states. The story doesn't detail exactly where its happening.

Cities are far easier to classify and have far more dangerous odds because because of their relative size.

Most are white . But ooops only when the republicans represent "bad" do we call them out for being overwhelmingly white. When its shown that high crime inner cities have lower percentages of republicans we have to point out how some of are non-white.

Thats the way it goes around here.

I love it when people argue politics and throw all common sense out of the window. The only connection liberal political views have to crime is that both cater more towards the poor (as opposed to conservative political views). The OP of this thread is saying something along the lines of soup kitchens being of the cause of homelessness.

As long as we're generalizing, let me toss in my 2 cents' worth. I have good friends in San Diego county who are conservative Republicans. They're extremely involved in their fundamentalist Christian mega-church, have "God Bless This Home" plaques hanging on the walls of their house, and routinely overbill their clients and employers at the clip of $200 an hour. They see absolutely nothing wrong with this because no one has a bullet in them. I doubt this is counted in their city's "crime rate" but as far as I'm concerned, stealing money from your employer to fuel your consumer addictions (plasma TV, Lexus, McMansion, etc.) is a crime just like stealing cars to feed your drug addiction is. It may not affect me directly as much as having my car stolen, yes, but it affect society indirectly by inflating the prices of the goods and services they provide.

All those investment bankers, bank CEOs, and Wall Street types who are or have faced criminal charges - conservative Republicans, every last one of them.

Violent crime tends to happen between people who know each other, which is why random shootings make the newspaper - they are an aberration.
