Educated people don't commit as much crime and the more income they have from education the least they commit crime. It is just common sense. And if they have money, they will certainly have nicer homes (in your case).

You have multiple houses. So what? What does that mean? One example and you want to use it as a generalization? Again, you just contradict yourself by saying you have your "poor" families live in your homes. If they are educated or have money why can't they afford their own homes.

Again, come up to Norcal and homes owned by Asians are as nice as any homes of any race and Asians do not mean just Chinese. Go to any university, any tech or biotech company, or any high-skilled workplace and you will find at least 50% Asians.
