So asians aren't making more money they are sticking together and sharing the money that's why they can easily have a Mercedez S class because they share that with relatives. So there not richer than anybody else PER CAPITAL WISE (individual). That's how they took over Alhambra, Monterey Park, San Gabriel, Rosemead, Arcadia, Temple City, and soon EL Monte, then West Covina, then Chino Hills. THey build big mansions over what use to be a small single family home so they can fit their extended relatives and live like china all crowded.
Reggie,

Welcome back from the dead. According to folks on the internets, seems like other minorities besides Hispanics live in crowded houses these days.

Incarceration is an issue we could debate all year about but I'm not going to get into a silly debate I doubt you even have a Bachelors degree. I have multiple houses one in west covina, another in Alhambra, and another in Chino Hills and refuse to sell any to them because I will use it for my extended hispanic families who will keep their properties looking better. Go to Monterey Park on hershey ave and see the ugly yards the asians who are fresh off the boat who have no pride in their curb appeal is that the scenery you want?
Wait a minute, I think you just contradicted yourself. You want to live with the Asians so you can learn tax fraud. This means you want to become like them. You don't think any of the wealthy ones do this? The rich can get darn good lawyers that can find ways to evade taxes even as far as tax evasion by putting their money in Swiss. Did you read one of the most horrific white collar crime by city officials of Bell? And guess what nationality is he? Every race does this, but it is about who does less.

What is so debatable about the incarceration rate? Did you not look at the data on the link? No matter how you break down the crimes, Asians still come out the least. Go to any state prison and you will see this.

Educated people don't commit as much crime and the more income they have from education the least they commit crime. It is just common sense. And if they have money, they will certainly have nicer homes (in your case).

I give you facts and you give me personal subjective observation geared solely on Chinese Nationals and in some streets of Monterey Park. Come to Norcal and you will change your mind. Norcal is driven by technology and technology requires education.

You're saying I don't have a BS degree? Oh no, you're right...actually I am a high school dropout that uses internet at a local library. BS degree nowadays are like high school diplomas. Everyone has them these days, well almost everyone. It is nothing special. Graduate degrees from top notched schools are what BS/BA degree used to be.

Why don't you take a look at the whole city instead of comparing a very specific part of it. Monterey Park has 67% Asians and 25% Latinos (let's compare Latinos to Asians to entertain you because you must be one due to your obvious username). El Monte has 72% Latinos and 25 Asians. A pretty good comparison you say? Monterey Park, California - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia, Moderator cut: link removed, linking to competitor sites is not allowed. Guess which city has a larger household size? Monterey Park Population and Demographics (Monterey Park, CA)

And which city has lower crime?
Crime Rate Comparison: El Monte Vs. Monterey Park

Since you like talking about homes, here's a tidbit from an article. "By contrast, Asian home ownership expanded in every age bracket, perhaps because Asians are much more likely than Latinos to have college degrees and thus command higher incomes."[LEFT]Read more: Hispanics, Asians Make Big Gains in Home Ownership

You have multiple houses. So what? What does that mean? One example and you want to use it as a generalization? Again, you just contradict yourself by saying you have your "poor" families live in your homes. If they are educated or have money why can't they afford their own homes.

Again, come up to Norcal and homes owned by Asians are as nice as any homes of any race and Asians do not mean just Chinese. Go to any university, any tech or biotech company, or any high-skilled workplace and you will find at least 50% Asians.

Please show me facts and I will concede.

I read about some business that moved to Arizona and had the electrical costs. And will other areas figure out how to do the internet?

I love the weather here and the laid back lifestyle.

Will the liberal state and local governments raise taxes another one or two percent which suddenly causes a mass exodus of the wealthy to no income tax states like Nevada?

What seems to keep the place going is illegal immigrants who are coming from a much worse place than here and legal immigrants coming from poorer countries who accept the high costs. Those two trends will not change so maybe California will continue going like it has for quite awhile.
Two years since this post was written, is California still there?

You sound like some bitter Latino/Hispanic person who is jealous of Asians. Really, your posts are bordering on bigoted.
