Hey I am moving to the Mission and could use some advice on that area. I think SF is a great looking city, but I want to see the real non-tourist pics. What can I expect to see while walking from my apt to the BART? I dont have a certain area in particular. I would also like to see the gritty parts of the city.Maybe some of the Red light district. By the way, how far is it from the Mission? No need to judge me or chew my head off, just want to see what its all about. PLEASE POST SOME PICS. Thank you. You guys rock!

Pics of:
Graffiti
Red light district
Call girls ( Everyone calm down)
Homeless
Poker houses?
Cannabis clubs
Drug dealers (oh, this one is gonna cause me hell)

So I admit I've never seen a poker or a cannabis club, but the rest of it - drug dealers, graffiti, hookers, etc., looks about the same as you'd find in any city.

San Francisco looks the same almost everywhere...it's the people that change the scenery the most...walking from Union Square to Tenderloin to the Financial District all different types...for the most part...your commute will look a lot like most pictures and scenes from movies. It's a beautiful city for the most part. There are a lot of homeless people wherever you go though.
