Sideshows are all too popular and attract participants and spectators from miles around... Arrests include those as far away as Sacramento, Modesto Stockton, Suisun, Antioch, San Jose and Salinas...

Why is it that Oakland seems to be such a magical place for many that don't live here... ?

Weather is nice I agree. And we don't have those "side shows" that you seem to enjoy.
I can hop on the ferry, take bart or drive any time to go to a Giants game in less than 30 mins. Just because I live in Oakland doesn't limit me to liking Oakland only teams. So yes you can "Lump" it with SF Do you get blacked out 49ers, or Raiders games? I Bet you do, we don't.

Yeah because side shows control oakland

Ok, it's time to fight lameness with lameness.

Lovely ghetto-less, crime-less Sacramento:

Because Oakland is the mecca for ghetto activities.

It doesn't limit any individual but it does say something about Oakland when the A's can't even sell out a playoff game. I am not a fan of the 49ers or the Raiders, if they do get blacked out it's because they don't want anyone seeing a Raiders game where the colliseum is only half full. That's a little embarassing.

And lol at the youtube murder vids, I think the city-data info speaks for itself on that one.

Yeah you're a troll, raiders games are always sold out, they just don't do it within the NFL's 72 hour requirement. A's haven't been to the playoffs in years, so not sure what you're talking about not selling out play offs games..

yeah LOL is right. And even the FBI states that crime stats don't tell the entire story of how safe a city is. Obviously Oakland has more crime, but Sacramento has the exact same kind of stuff happening as well.

In the last few years no but they did in 06 and from 00-03. Games still didn't sell out.

Yea, the numbers are lying, Oakland is a really safe city that attracts the best and the brightest. I mean there is hardly any riff raff at all.
