someone know how much I can rent the house for 3 bedrooms, 1-2bath in oakland?is it easy to rent house in oakland? is there safe for living?

You need to be more specific. The answer to your question all depends on where in Oakland. The Oakland Hills and East Oakland are in the same city but are two totally different rental markets.

Houses generally rent for a premium over apartments...

I just rented a nice 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in the Laurel area for $1500 mo... and no... this isn't a neighborhood with bars on the windows... and I've never had any problems...

The person I rented to had rented from me 5 years ago... they like the neighborhood and only moved to buy a home 2 blocks away...

Sadly they lost it when the loan adjusted... they were paying almost 4k per month to own a home that I rent for $1500...
