My brother likes to play poker. Are there any good casinos where he could play poker when visiting? We are in the central east bay, but I would prefer a nicer environment.

I've always been partial to tahoe and reno (poor mans vegas), but I don't gamble anymore. I went to the richmond or san pabloe what ever one it was... casino one time, it did not seem too sleezy, and I remember the private security presence. The cig smoke was what turned me off about the place. Newport central.
