I would like to commend Arizona for doing what needs to be done.

I think the illegals should move to San Francisco.
I think the rest of the country should boycott San Francisco.

I agree, and I hope Arizona inspires every state in the union to take the same tough stand on illegal immigration. We Arizonans, the majority of Americans, and even legal immigrants of Mexican origin, are sick and tired of the lack of action by the federal government to secure the southern borders, and allowing illegals to come into our country, and cause a myriad of problems. It's time to put a stop to this, and the tough immigration laws that were just passed in Arizona are only the first step in the right direction.

Until the other states pass similar laws, I would suggest sending our 450,000 illegal guests to San Francisco where they will be well received.

You are missing the point. When one city, fraught with plenty of it's own problems and moral morasses, sees fit to censure another state, the hypocrisy is sickening. Nobody is trashing SF, just annoyed that SF is assuming moral superiority, again.

An old and boring pattern.

How come all the posters live in Arizona? But just to keep you abreast of actions being taken in California. San Francisco\ Los Angeles\ San Diego city councils have condemned & will boycott Arizona [including businesses based in Arizona: Avnet\ PetSmart\ US Airways\ U-Haul]. Boycotts of pro sports is being seriously considered [boycott NBA\ MLB] including the All-Star game in 2 years & move training facilities. Today West Hollywood and tomorrow Carson call for boycotts [these are just 2 of many LA suburbs expected to take similar action].

California has clout and the soap-box to scold Arizona. Get ready because it is just beginning and you may reconsider how wise it is to alienate America.

CaliSur,
I understand that your unhappy with this law and you think its unfair.

But Arizona is just fed up with a problem that they shouldnt even be worrying about-but because the federal govt isnt doing their job, the state has had to take measures into their own hands.

What do you think should be done about the problem of illegal immigration?

How is that any different than you living in CA and constantly discussing actions happening in Arizona?

Solution: Send the illegals to San Fran and boycott San Fran.
