Question Mill Valley

I do not consider myself a "yuppie", but why do y'all think MV was so impressive to me.

I just liked the Redwoods, the parks, atmosphere maybe?..

It's gorgeous over there -- a friend lives there in a nice house -- not palatial, not even really big by today's standards, but even though there's not a ton of land the whole area is really woodsy, and it's feels like you're in the middle of nowhere...

Kinda nice.

The problem with Mill Valley is that it's a fire trap that someday will go up in flames just like San Diego did. The streets are way to narrow and windy for some fire trucks to navigate. I wouldn't live there.

Very natural, smal town feel.. Without as much as a facade as SoCal.

Extraordinarily high breast cancer rate in that region for some unknown reason. Maybe the ground underneath is a past toxic waste dump. Who knows?
