Default moving to california

I am a hypnotist from wisconsin looking for a warmer state to live in. I need a city that has good population, is sunny most of the year I can handle mild winters. I need a city big enough that I can have a hypnosis practice but also work at customer service job until my business gets up and running. Any one with some ideas.

Nancy
