I don't know about gyms but there are a number of wrestling clubs in the Bay Area. You could look up the Golden Gate Wrestling Club and/or the Bay Area Wrestling Association. I think most of the clubs wrestle at school gyms rather than public gyms if that makes a difference to you.

Alliance wrestling club in san francisco
hey,
Check out the Alliance Wrestling club in San Francisco...
Main Page - Alliance.
We have about 25 HS kids and half are just starting out. It's a great time to jump in. Feel free to just show up to a practice, or get in touch with coaches@alliancewrestling.com for more info.

I am not a high school kid... I am a first year college student and I wrestled as a freshmen in high school.

alliance wrestling club
That's fine, you don't have to be in HS to be in our program. You are welcome to participate. We have at least one guy who is out of HS and comes every day.
If you havn't wrestled that much you will get up to speed quickly - if you are good we have some decent guys for you to roll with in almost every weight range.
We're working out tonight (tues) from 4-6 pm.. If you have any other questions let me know.
