Uncle Fishbits is on a distinguished road
Default SF home prices sunset through sea cliff

Hypothetically, a house goes up for sale in the city...

How much would that house be if it was in sutro heights, with a view west.... you know, near the cliff house area.

How much would that house be if it was in Inner Sunset, on the big hill by 15th and noriega... like 16th and Lawton, with a view.

I know that is vague, and it isn't fair to ask random questions to a new group... but I just wanted educated or estimated bests.....

Let me know.

Assume the house is two bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths.

Of course... this is totally in my brain. I was just thinking first homes I would be happy with, and it is becoming time. Sutro Heights should develop with the coastal restoration project.. and equity in purchases made now will be realized within ten years?

Anyhoo... just looking. VERY interested in that area between Funston and where Lawton and 16th collide.

Just picking brains. BRAINS....

Mucho bucks, in any of those places. Why not go on Realor.com and check each area out by zip?
