The tri-city Lamorinda area and Danville is where the GOP predominates. Other than that, not many except for the fabulously wealthy Atherton.

In general, the inland parts of the East Bay are the most conservative. Walnut Creek, Danville, San Ramon, Dublin, Pleasanton, Livermore.
