Default what's the best place to move!?

what's the best place to move, in california for a 19 yr old on a udget, trying to go to community college and working somewhere like trader joes? also living with a roomate, paying around 700 a month for rent?
hoping los angeles area or sf area ---

Orange County is the safest place but expensive. Huntington Beach is moderately priced and not far from beach.

I'm sorry, but your question is a little vague to narrow down, considering how many towns are in the SF & LA areas. Btw, my roommate works for Trader Joe's, and pays $600/month for her room in my San Francisco home... I give her a killer deal, though, since we've actually been friends for 12 years. But SF is obviously a great place for someone like you, depending on what you can find in terms of housing.

To help us narrow down the options, maybe you can provide some more info... what you like to do for fun, where/what you'd like to study, your preferred weather, budget, demographics, etc.
