It's not in the greatest neighborhood, but not the most horrible either... there's a good deli right at that corner (Angelo's), where I sometimes eat lunch during work.
I don't know about the complex specifically, but it's on a busy street at the border of El Cerrito and Richmond - probably too busy for my taste, but at least you'll be near a lot of shopping & the building looks secure. Let me know what you think after visiting, since I'm considering a move that way too! |

That's a lot of money for El Cerrito, and San Pablo Ave. is a real trip - not always in a good way.
I like how they call it the "master bedroom" when there aren't any other bedrooms.. |
