burlingamerental is on a distinguished road
Default Belmont or Foster City

Way back in February I posted about moving to Burlingame. Well, we still haven't moved. We rented our home but have been unable to find a house to rent in Burlingame that we can afford. The houses we can afford are very very small and have not been remodeled. Millbrae is out of the question as it is too windy for my DH. So now we are expanding our search to Belmont and Foster City. DH works in South SF.
Which is a better area?
What neighborhoods in FC are nice?
We are looking for a house to rent.
Thank you.
