I think live in Napa is more comortable .

Oh for the love of God, what young couple with with a pulse would move from Manhattan to Napa, of all places?

You might as well just check yourself into a retirement community in Florida.

Mare Island, Vallejo. Close to Napa, all new housing that has collapsed in value fro $700,000 to $300,000. It used to be a major Navy Base. You can take thhe Ferry to San Francisco.
