Default Go to the discussion forum on Dice.com

It looks pretty dismal for tech people (Unless you are a really hot developer at the top of your game). It was bad even before the eco downturn because of the outsourcing and HI-B's. If you have a tech background, I would try to use it to get into something else where they need someone with an IT background. Just go to the discussion section of dice.com and then go to the section: 'market conditions'.

Don't bother too many techies with tons of degrees and certs. Your better off going some where else for work.
