Default commute from hayward to Brisbane

Does anyone commute from hayward to SF for work? how bad is the traffic?
how long does it take? my work will be in brisbane.

It depends on what part of Hayward.. I understand the surface streets are not so good, and EB 92 is bad in the evening. Once you get to the peninsula, it'll be about 20 minutes to get to Brisbane in the morning and back to the bridge in the evening.
