Default Living in Pacifica

Besides the fog I was wondering if anyone had anything about the pros and cons of living in Pacifica. What about living in the area around Inverness/ Heathcliff Dr? Thank You

There are several cons of that area as opposed to south Pacifica.. lower resale value due to the lower-performing school district, heavy heavy fog, and shoddy, extra funky old houses with those strange pitched roofs.

Default I agree.....

If you're looking for a family oriented community, you definitely have to look at the south end of town, specifically the Linda Mar area. The north end of town, Fairmont and Manor, is the area that comes to mind when people think of foggy Pacifica. Linda Mar on the other hand, while we are not 100% fog free, is a much better area when it comes to weather. The fog is generally higher and comes in later in the day. Keep in mind that when ever you live by the ocean you will encounter fog of some type, but after living here for over 30 years there are only certain times of the year that I would rather be someplace else.
