No. Belvedere is about a half an hour drive from Ross, depending on traffic.

You can get about anywhere in Marin county within a half an hour. But the drive from Belvedere to Ross is one where much of the time you are off of Hwy 101, and those side streets are not fast.

The drive out to Belvedere is pretty with views of the Bay, but Ross is inland and the drive doesn't thrill me. Just regular streets.
