Default Longwood- Winton Grove neighborhood in Hayward
Hi,

I am planning to move to the Longwood- Winton Grove neighborhood in Hayward, which is the place east to the Hayward airport. The place is really convenient as it is close to shops/resturants and transportations.
However, I do see some homes with iron gates installed and many foreclosed properties. I am wondering if the neighborhood is safe and if it is a fairly good community.
