Default Seven Hills, New homes in Castro Valley

Does anyone have specific information on the new homes being built in an "infill" area of Castro Valley at 4500 Seven Hills Rd? It is just East of Redwood Rd at Seven Hills Rd. I have seen their website and materials. I am just trying to gather info on the surrounding existing neighborhood. How bad is it? Drugs, Crime, schools, traffic, etc? How long have they been trying to sell these new homes? I have heard it has been a year or more, and the prices keep dropping.

Thanks

John

Fine neighborhood. That development is too expensive though, for the same money you can get a four-bedroom rancher in the Mission San Jose district of Fremont which will hold its value much better.
