I don't know if they carry Versus---you'd have to call---but when we were trying to find a place in Oakland/Berkeley that broadcast the Sharks game a while back on a night when the Raiders were also playing, the only one we could find was Henry's in downtown Berkeley. They had a dedicated hockey tv. Worth checking to see if they also broadcast the playoffs---I assume they would, since they sell themselves as a sports bar. Also had a solid pub menu, which was a nice contrast to a lot of the sports bars around here.
