Angry Deeds for Orinda CA

Does anyone know whom to contact about previous owned property that somehow ended in another persons name? My grandparents bought this property in the 1930's, they owned it. Then my grandmother had a stroke in 1980, a shady neighbor visited the rest home she was at, claimed to be her son, (her son died in 1942) next thing I know, he's claiming he's the owner. All her taxes and other homeowners fees were paid for. Any ideas?

First go to a title insurance company customer service department and get all the documents (deeds) and ask them if they have an opinion of ownership. Then go see an attorney.
