Retort: Conservative Republican Baltimore, MD, Birmingham, AL, Jackson, MS, St. Louis, MO and Baton Rouge, LA also make the top 10!

In fairness, New Orleans, LA proper, Detroit, MI, and Flint, MI are also overwhelmingly Democrat, which you seemingly left out of your political bash. And I'm not sure if you're aware, but the state of Michigan hasn't elected a Republican in 1928282 years. Imagine the partisan rant you could have gone on!

News flash: It actually has much to do with the following:

Red States Have Crime.
Blue States Have Crime.
The United States Has Crime.

What a horrible waste of City-Data's bandwidth. Thanks!

Since none of those cities have a White majority they are not Republican strongholds. You damn well know that Obama won the majority of the popular vote in those cities.

Baltimore is only 31% White

Birmingham is only 23.5% White

Jackson is only 27.5% White

St. Louis is only 42.5% White

Baton Rouge is only 44.7% White

I wasn't aware you had to be white to be republican.

I'll put it so it's very easy for you to read.

-Cities Have Higher Crime Rates.
-In the U.S., cities are generally where our nation's poor live.
-Education in the Inner-City is Embarrassingly Poor.
-Poor People Commit More Crimes.
-If Poor White People Dominated Our Cities rather than Poor Blacks within the Same Framework, We'd Still Have High Crime Rates in Cities.
-Skin Color's Don't Commit Crimes, Circumstances Do.

Then refer back to my earlier post of:

Red States have crime.
Blue States have crime.
The United States has crime.

Note: BayDude - take special note. If you want, I'll send you a link to skype so you and racist John can repeat these very slowly together via microphone. Note to BayDude #2 since logic wasn't his specialty in high school: Blue Cities and States have MUCH higher populations - it's not even in the same planet. Can you read the above? Cities have more crime! Wow, huge news story! Seriously, are you just a complete jack***? It has nothing to do with partisan politics - democrats and republicans don't adhere to different sets of laws - it's socioeconomics. Go to school.

Why are nearly all of the cities in the most dangerous list overwhelmingly democratic majority cities? You've got to be either blind or an idiot not to see an obvious causation.

You should know republicans are overwhelmingly white. Its funny how people here argue the GOP has lost ground among minorities only when it favors them. Then they argue the opposite when it does'nt. I love it.

Wheres 79.20% white Salt Lake City on that list? 15.3% of the population of salt lake city is below the poverty line. Comparable to 19% in Oakland but far lower crime rate. Plenty of poor whites in salt lake trust me I used to live there.

Your right skin color does'nt commit crimes but individuals do. Stop the excuses.
