vjasenjo is on a distinguished road
I live in Vallejo & love my house that I bought last year. There are some really nice neighborhoods in Vallejo depending on what you like - I live in the Heritage District in a 3/2 hundred year old craftsman that needs work :9) but the inlaid wood floors & the built in bookcases - the patio - the garage which is a must for me all just spoke to me & I love to garden. I have a lemon, orange & buddha's hand tree, camelias & lots of roses. You can find good value for your money in housing here especially now. Saw some beautiful houses for under $100K you will need sweat equity for plus teachers get a break on housing in CA. Benecia is a possibility too.
