need help ASAP- affordable safe school districts
commuting to fort mason.
need some sort of yard.
2 kids in elementary who require caring,interested teachers.
Very little money for a dream job. (less than 100k,can rent for 2300 perhaps)
HELP HELP HELP--what areas should i look in?

People already gave you several good suggestions on your previous post re: the same thing.
I'm pretty sure people already mentioned Pacifica, Daly City, parts of Marin (the less expensive cities) and parts of the South Bay..like Brisbane, S. City, Burlingame? What other info are you looking for on this? 100k isn't going to get you a decent rental with a yard and good schools in the City proper or the really nice parts of Marin Co.

May I ask what "s. City " is? and what cities are we talking about in Marin county that are regarded as LESS EXPENSIVE?

S. City probably refers to South City, i.e. South San Francisco.

South San Francisco is in the airport flightpath, and as luck would have it, the area with the best schools, Avalon Park, is the noisiest one. Planes fly over it frequently, and all night long. I lived in Avalon Park, on Alida Way, for 2 years. I didn't have a problem with it, it didn't bother me. If you can ignore that one shortcoming, then it's great in every other way. There are some parts of South City that do not have good schools at all though.
