I suggest you are trying to pick a fight where there is none.
What I was saying is that the "CHinatown" section of San Francisco is great for tourists but not where most Chinese, or Asians for that matter live.
Outer Richmond is a good neighborhood to live in. I don't know about living in Chinatown Oakland, seems really priceey with all those new condos
Implications, I'm not trying to pick a fight. lol. But you need to read up on the SF chinatown history. There's nothing fake about it at all, most of the residents are in fact Chinese and lower income immigrants. FYI Outter Richmond is much more expensive to live in than Oakland. Average home price is close to a million.

A Condo in Oakland is running over $400,000 for 1100 sq ft. Those houses in Richmond that are over a million usually have two 1800 sq ft apartments and a mother in law. Go pick a fight somewhere else I have nothing more to say

A condo in Oakland? Look I can generalize too, A Condo in Los Angeles is selling for 4.5 Million .

These are selling in the mid 200's for that size.

No I'm talking about Seven Orchids IN CHINATOWN OAKLAND on 11th St.
Between that and your not knowing Ying Kee Noodle on 9th St I'm getting convince you are just not familiar with Chinatown Oakland and trolling for a fight.

Market square isn't in Chinatown, try Seven Orchids on 11th Street.
