In that price range, Fremont is your best bet in the East Bay, Novato your best bet in Marin.

Larkspur is a bit above that price range.

AcquireProperties is on a distinguished road
San Ramon It's probably the nicest place to live on your list, and livermore is pleasant to but very rural in many parts. San Ramon especially is your best value with the recession homes are very affordable and you'll probably have the best turn around. If you need proximity to bart dublin is a great choice but not in my opinion not the best, i would consider pleasanton though, it shares bart with dublin and thery're adding another bart station as i typle.
